An evening to discover berries and their multiple properties, how to prepare jams, preserves, mustards, jellies, syrups, liqueurs, and spirits with forgotten berries.
Speakers: 
Barbara Biasiolo: naturalist and environmental hiking guide
Nazarena Padovan: passionate about gastronomy, particularly in preparing preserves from forgotten fruits according to ancient traditions and recipes.

At the end of the meeting, various preparations recommended during the evenings can be tasted and savored.
