In the year 1999, at the foot of Mount Venda, surrounded by the green landscape of the Euganean Hills, “Al Castellaro” was born.

The unique flavor of our pizzas comes from the skill of our pizzaiolo Rino, who takes care of all phases of dough preparation: from fermentation to cooking in the wood-fired oven. The rest is done by the attention we give to the selection of ingredients, both for the classic and for our special pizzas.
