The Trattoria ai Capitelli was established in 1990 thanks to the commitment of Giancarlo and Emma, eager to carry on the tradition of the historic and famous grilled chicken with the renowned tomato sauce invented by parents Bertilla and Palmino.
Here you can find other typical dishes from the Euganean Hills, including mixed grilled meats, as well as bigoli "ai capitelli," that is with cotechino and tomato sauce (grandma Dorina's recipe).
