Yoga al castello verso la luna piena

Nel magico Cortile dei Giganti del castello sarà protagonista il cielo stellato verso la “Super Luna Piena dello Storione” la cui potente energia andremo ad accogliere dentro di noi. La pratica Yoga con posizioni Asana dedicate all’elemento acqua, che la luna domina, agirà sul fisico, mentre con tecniche di Pranayama e meditazione andremo ad agire sul corpo sottile, portandoci in risonanza con la parte più profonda di noi. La pratica sarà condotta da Mery Novara, insegnante di Yoga e Operatrice Olistica.Al termine dell’attività si andrà alla scoperta del castello e dei suoi saloni affrescati con visita guidata.QUOTA DI PARTECIPAZIONE: € 20,00 (comprensivi di pratica yoga e visita guidata al castello). Prenotazione obbligatoria.
