In the magical evening atmosphere of the Courtyard of the Giants, we will honor the arrival of the summer solstice, the triumph of light both outside and inside us. The ideal moment to prepare for the second half of the year, purifying the body and spirit with a practice suitable for everyone, led by Mery Novara. Following that, a guided tour of the frescoed halls of Catajo, conducted by the castle's guides. PARTICIPATION FEE: € 20.00 (including yoga practice and guided tour of the castle). WHAT TO BRING: your yoga mat and a water bottle.
