The review "4 Meetings with Art - Creativity and Artistic Techniques" is a series of free admission conferences mainly conducted by the artist and teacher Luciano Zambolin, hosted every Saturday in November at 4:00 p.m. at the Sala della Loggetta in Monselice and enriched by live musical performances curated by Eleonora Magnabosco and Erica Zerbetto. The journey unfolds through four appointments dedicated to great masters of European painting and themes related to art history and the local area, starting from Venetian Renaissance to the Dutch and Spanish Golden Ages, culminating in the enhancement of the local context.
The inaugural meeting on Saturday, November 7, opens the cycle with a lecture titled "Titian Prince of Painting - Venice Love Women," entirely focused on Titian Vecellio. The conference delves into the pivotal role of the artist in the Venetian panorama of the 1500s, dedicating particular attention to how the master portrayed the female figure, the ideal of beauty, and the theme of love, a concept visually exemplified by the famous masterpiece "Sacred and Profane Love" featured in the event presentation. Zambolin will thus guide the audience to discover Titian's work by combining iconographic reading with the analysis of his refined painting techniques and use of color.
