Founded in 1468 following a vision of the Madonna by a boatman, the church has a Lombard-style façade, with a beautiful bell tower next to it; inside, it features original decorations and paintings by Venetian masters, including the masterpiece of the Miraculous Madonna, attributed to Jacopo da Montagnana.
On the sides of the church is the cloister of the ancient convent, while a niche shelters the fountain that is believed to have miraculously sprung during the construction of the church.
