Sintonizza il cuore con il respiro profondo e lento, accompagnato dalla musica. Nella splendida cornice del Castello del Catajo, circondati da storia e natura, danzeremo vestiti con abiti colorati e svolazzanti. Una meditazione dinamica rituale che si ispira alla tradizione orientale Sufi.Al termine dell’attività, per chi lo desidera, si andrà alla scoperta del castello e dei suoi saloni affrescati con una visita guidata.La serata sarà guidata dalle insegnanti di Yoga: Mery Novara e Lucia Zanon. QUOTA DI PARTECIPAZIONE: € 20,00 (comprensivi di pratica di yoga e visita guidata al castello). COSA PORTARE CON SÉ: tappetino yoga, vestiti freschi e comodi, meglio se leggeri e con tessuti “danzanti”, porta se vuoi un fiore o un nastro tra i capelli, una bottiglietta d’acqua.
