On Thursday, June 25, 2026, an appointment dedicated to nature lovers, cyclists, and those seeking authentic experiences in the Euganean Hills will take place. Gathering at 6:15 p.m. and departing at 6:30 p.m. from Piazza XXV Aprile in Baone, participants will embark on a captivating e-bike excursion through hilly landscapes, summer scents, and local flavors.
The central moment of the initiative will be a visit to the Lavandeto di Arquà Petrarca, where participants will have the opportunity to closely discover lavender cultivation and learn about the distillation process that produces essential oils. A unique chance to immerse in the colors and fragrances of the flowering season.
The route, approximately 20 kilometers long, develops along easy paths accessible even to beginners, alternating between paved roads, bike paths, and brief stretches of gravel. The journey will pass through some of the most enchanting views of the Euganean Hills, accompanying participants until sunset.
At the end of the ride, an apericena with wine and a platter of cured meats is planned, perfect for sharing the evening in good company.
The fee includes e-bike rental, safety devices, insurance, guided visit to the lavender field, and final aperitif. It is also possible to participate with your own bicycle.
