The Fedele-Carminati Room of the former Church of the Annunciation in Este hosts two artistic paths dedicated to calligraphy, to the dialogue between sign and memory, and to the expressive strength of writing.
Featured in the exhibition will be Laurence Turina, with The Calligraphy of Desire, and Salma Yaseen, with Memory & Calligraphy. Two artistic sensibilities that, through strokes, forms, and compositions, explore writing as a visual language capable of transcending the meaning of words and giving shape to emotions, memories, and personal experiences.
The exhibition invites the public to rediscover calligraphy as a creative gesture and space of expression, in which every sign becomes an opportunity for meeting between interiority, beauty, and interpretation.
