The Reading Cabinet Society in Este organizes a debate titled “Man at the Center of Artificial Intelligence.”
The initiative aims to provide an opportunity for in-depth study and reflection on one of the most pressing issues of our time: the relationship between technological innovation, rights, ethics, and the centrality of the person. In a context where Artificial Intelligence is transforming work, communication, and social dynamics, the debate aims to place man at the center, questioning the responsibilities and opportunities that accompany this change.
After the opening greetings from Carlo Rhò, President of the Reading Cabinet of Este, the meeting will be introduced and coordinated by Massimiliano Cannata, philosopher and journalist.
Speakers will include Letizia Mingardo, a researcher in Philosophy of Law and Legal Informatics at the University of Padua, who will present a contribution titled “European Law Towards a New Era of Rights”, and Father Stefano Visintin, a professor of Fundamental Theology, who will offer a reflection titled “The Algorithm of the Soul”.
The conclusions will be drawn by the President of the Rotary Club Este, Dr. Paolo Mingardo.
Admission is free until all available seats are filled.
