The Este Municipal Library presents the review "Autumn Meetings in the Library", a series of events dedicated to literature, civic reflection, and storytelling of the territory. Three evenings to meet authors, listen to stories, and discuss themes intertwining memory, spirituality, environment, and sports.
Friday, November 14 – 6:00 PM–7:30 PM Francesco Jori, journalist and writer, presents The Vineyard of the Lord. The story of the ten Venetian Popes (Ronzani Editore, 2025) In conversation with Luigia Businarolo A journey through the religious and civil history of Veneto through the figures of the ten popes born in Venetian land.
Saturday, November 29 – 6:00 PM–7:30 PM Alessandro Tasinato, writer and environmentalist, presents The Funeral of the Environmental Expert (Bottega Errante Edizioni, 2025) In conversation with Maurizia Rosada A novel reflecting on the relationship between man and environment, between science and conscience, in a changing Italy.
Saturday, December 13 – 6:00 PM–7:30 PM Marco Ballestracci, journalist and writer, presents Imerio. Novel of Damned Labors (new edition Mulatero, 2024) With Nicola Brugnolo, performance An intense and poetic narrative on cycling, struggle, and redemption, between sports and literature.
