Guided tour of the Towers of the Carrarese Castle of Este.
On the occasion of the Regional Day for the Venetian Hills, the historical and landscape heritage of the area opens to the public with initiatives dedicated to discovering its excellence. Among these, the evocative event “Spring Towers”, a special guided tour of the towers of the castle that dominates the city of Este.
For this occasion, it will be possible to explore the towers of the majestic Carrarese Castle of Este, a historical symbol of the city and an extraordinary viewpoint over the landscape of the Euganean Hills. The initiative offers a unique opportunity to closely discover the defensive structures of the medieval fortress, learn about the history of the Carraresi lordship, and admire suggestive views that, with the arrival of spring, take on new colors.
The guided tours will take place on Sunday, March 22, with two sessions at 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM, and will guide participants on an enchanting journey through architecture, history, and landscape.
