On the occasion of the Venetian Villas Day 2026, two afternoons to visit the private chapel of the castle, an intimate and private space, a rare gem of the neo-Gothic style, usually closed to the public. Built in 1838 for the visit to Catajo by the Emperors of Austria, it is one of the most bizarre constructions of 19th century Italy, made of colored wood, gilding, and starry skies. The visit to the Chapel is self-guided, with audio content that can be listened to on your smartphone via QR code. Access to the Chapel is included in the price for those who purchase the guided tour IL CATAJO MAI VISTO online. To buy tickets for "Il Catajo Mai Visto" (full price € 18.00) and select one of the visiting time slots for the relevant Sundays.
