Art Fusion: a dialogue between painting and photography
The exhibition “ART FUSION: PAINT MEETS PICS”, scheduled from April 8 to 13 at the former Church of San Rocco, celebrates ten years of friendship between Este and Fredericksburg through an artistic meeting between continents.
The protagonists are painters Linda Wintet and Massimo Trevisan and photographers Sue Henderson and Franco Rubini. Their works create a dialogue between painting and photography, two different but complementary languages: on one hand, the creative reinterpretation of reality, and on the other, the capture of the moment.
Within the historic space of the San Rocco Hall, the differences between the media blur: painting approaches photography in its ability to freeze time, while photographic images take on painterly qualities thanks to light and composition.
The opening will take place on Wednesday, April 8 at 6:00 PM. The exhibition will be open to the public, free of charge, every day from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with additional morning hours on weekends from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
An exhibition that invites to transcend geographical and artistic boundaries, transforming art into a bridge between different cultures and sensitivities.
