From May 30 to June 2, as part of Abano Zen, a section of the Urban Thermal Park transforms into a tasting village with Food Trucks participating in the AFC portal: from morning to evening, eight trucks with a 100% gluten-free menu: arrosticini, arancini, smash burgers, Sicilian cannoli filled on the spot, Tyrolean röesti, a selection of craft beers and typical products to taste among friends. Exhibitors, producers, and craftsmen with certified gluten-free products.
Street artists, background music, and roaming performances throughout the duration of the festival.
Talk Area: meetings, workshops, and appointments with experts, nutritionists, and chefs.
Gluten-free market.
