From July 9 to 12, 2026, Schiavonia d'Este (Padua) comes alive again with the traditional Ham and Melon and Mixed Frying Festival.
The 2026 edition brings with it two important novelties. The first is the extended weekend: the event will begin on Thursday, July 9, offering four evenings dedicated to the flavors of tradition, conviviality, and fun. The second concerns the expansion of the gluten-free menu, designed to welcome an increasingly broad audience and ensure that everyone has a complete gastronomic experience.
The stars of the event will be the dishes that have made the festival famous: the classic and fresh pairing of ham and melon, ideal for summer evenings, and the tasty mixed fry, prepared according to the best local tradition.
