In the heart of the Padana plain, at the foot of the Euganean Hills, Cervarese Santa Croce ignites the braziers for one of the most popular festivals in the area: Festa del Bò, dedicated to beef. An event that brings the best of Venetian rural tradition to the table and unites the whole community around the aroma of the grill. The star is the Bò, in various formats: succulent oven-roasted Bò, spiced Bò stew, the sub-festival of marinated Bò cooked at low temperature, up to first courses with Bò sauce. Homemade egg pasta, bigoli, and strozzapreti are all freshly made on-site. The main stage for traditional dance, wine tasting bar, Youth Area with techno and commercial events, traditional “dee fritoe” stand and rich prizes at the Charity Raffle, book market and crafts, inflatable games for children..

Extensive and renewed menu every evening under the food stand, service with steel cutlery and ceramic plates, homemade egg pasta, and first courses strictly sautéed upon order!

Tasting of the Bò: roasted on the spit starting Saturday afternoon with slow and continuous cooking throughout the night, and it can be tasted during Sunday lunch, with a fixed menu, by reservation only.
