In Lozzo Atestino, in the beautiful setting of Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, the 28th edition of the Festa dei Bigoli and del Vin S-ciaveto returns! During the weekends of June 12, 13, 14 and 19, 20, 21, starting from the late evening, it’s an event that exudes tradition and conviviality, a true celebration of the authentic flavors of the area, where Venetian cuisine is the absolute star in a warm and genuine atmosphere, just like the festivals of the past.
Here you can see up close the preparation of handmade bigoli, rolled with the traditional bigolaro and served according to ancient recipes: simple, rustic, and irresistible.
Don’t miss the schissotto baked in a wood-fired oven, a bread with a strong character, lightly leavened and with a consistency similar to focaccia, the result of knowledge passed down through time.
And to accompany it all, the characteristic Vin S-ciaveto of the Colli Euganei, the perfect glass to enhance every flavor and truly immerse yourself in the traditions of the area.
Organized by the Pro Loco, this festival is much more than a gastronomic event: it’s a journey into history and popular traditions, an opportunity to relive the authenticity of village festivals of the past.
