From August 28 to September 6, 2026, the Euganea Film Festival returns, celebrating its 25th edition this year. The festival, organized by Euganea Movie Movement, reaffirms its vocation as a widespread festival among the Euganean Hills, with a rich schedule of screenings, meetings, and events hosted in places that characterize our territory. The festival offers an international selection of feature films, short films, and animated films dedicated to themes of the environment, sustainability, landscape, and communities.
In 2026, Este reaffirms itself as one of the main hubs of the Euganea Film Festival. The screenings and events will take place in some of the most picturesque locations in the city: from the historic gardens of Castello Carrarese to the Teatro dei Filodrammatici, as well as other symbolic places in the area.
The Euganea Film Festival continues to stand out for its ability to combine cinema and the enhancement of the territory. The screenings hosted in the symbolic places of the territory offer the audience an immersive cultural experience, where the historical and landscape heritage of the Euganean Hills becomes an integral part of the cinematic narrative.
Alongside the screenings, the festival offers meetings with authors, special events, workshops, and initiatives dedicated to young people, confirming itself as one of the most important cultural events in the Veneto landscape and a reference point for international independent cinema.
