The association Re-designing Life, with the patronage of the Municipality of Este, Battaglia Terme, Due Carrare, Granze, Monselice, Pozzonovo, Sant’Elena, Villa Estense and ULSS6 Euganea, promotes Pink October as the month for breast cancer prevention.
This year, the traditional Pink Walk is scheduled, on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at the Carrarese Castle: a non-competitive 5/10 km walk through the streets of the city, in collaboration with the association CorriEste.
The departure is set for 9:00 AM from the “Italian Gardens”.
The registration fee is €5 (with a gadget), or €10 (with a t-shirt), to be paid on the morning of the event at the dedicated gazebo.
It is possible to purchase pre-sale tickets until September 28 at the stores of Sandra Storica Moda, Bottega Verde, and Sportime.
In case of bad weather, the event will be cancelled.
On Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 8:45 PM, there will be an appointment at the Filodrammatici Theatre with the theatrical show “There’s Time” – I’ll Tell You My Cancer Story, written and performed by Laura Marziali, organized by the Association There’s Time ODV, in collaboration with the Department of Biomedical Sciences at the University of Padua.
