“Scenarios in the Neighborhoods”: Veneto theater returns to animate the communities of Este
Once again this year, the Veneto Theater Company “Città di Este” renews the appointment with “Scenarios in the Neighborhoods,” a festival that brings theater out of traditional stages to meet the audience in the places of everyday life. A project that enhances culture as an opportunity for participation and social cohesion, realized in collaboration with the Parishes of Prà and Deserto, the Pilastro-Salute Committee, and the Deserto Committee.
The calendar opens sunday, june 14 at 9.30 p.m. at the Parochial Works of Prà with “I rusteghi” by Carlo Goldoni, one of the masterpieces of Venetian dramaturgy, directed by Lahire Tortora.
The second appointment is friday, june 19 at 9.30 p.m. in the Salute-Pilastro neighborhood, in Piazzale Ca’ Pesaro, with “Nissun va al Monte” by Giacinto Gallina, one of the most significant authors of Veneto theater between the 19th and 20th centuries. The direction is entrusted to Gianni Rossi.
The festival will conclude sunday, july 12 at 9.30 p.m. at the Parochial Works of Deserto d’Este with “Un zogo da putei!” by Viviana Larcati, who also directs.
