In the heart of the Euganean Hills, Villa Rodella opens its doors to a project that intertwines contemporary art, territory, and participation. The first guest of the new artistic residency is Claudio Beorchia, an interdisciplinary artist trained at Iuav in Venice and the Brera Academy, a protagonist of exhibitions and international residencies across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
The historic villa in Cinto Euganeo thus becomes a space for meeting and listening, where art emerges from dialogue with the local community. During the residency, Beorchia will work with schools, residents, and visitors to create a site-specific work that will be presented in September during an event open to the public.
A first public moment is scheduled for Sunday, June 7 at 10 a.m. in the villa's garden: a breakfast that is open and free, designed as an opportunity for dialogue between the artist and the territory. The initiative invites residents, teachers, cultural operators, the curious, and travelers to share ideas, memories, and visions related to the landscape of the Euganean Hills.
Amidst vineyards, paths, and ancient architectures, Villa Rodella thus confirms itself as a place where cultural tourism meets participatory creativity, transforming the visit into an experience of authentic relationship with the territory.
