The film review returns with the theme of rights, civic engagement, and participation in the garden of the Villa Bassi Rathgeb Museum.
The film "The Master" is directed by Andrea Di Stefano and stars Pierfrancesco Favino. Summer, late 1980s. After years of training and strict rules, Felice, 13 years old and carrying all his father's expectations, faces the national tennis tournaments. To prepare him properly, his father entrusts him to former champion Raul Gatti, who even boasts a round of 16 appearance at the Foro Italico. Game after game, the two embark on a journey along the Italian coast that, amid defeats, lies, and bizarre encounters, will lead Felice to discover the taste of freedom and Raul to glimpse the possibility of a new beginning. Thus, in this strange summer, a deep and unexpected bond forms between the two.
