The film festival returns focusing on rights, civic engagement, and participation in the garden of the Villa Bassi Rathgeb Museum.
Screening of the film "One Battle After Another" written and directed by Paul Thomas Anderson. Best Film and Best Director at the 2026 Oscars.
Bob Ferguson is an eccentric middle-aged father. With long hair and a handlebar mustache, he lives like a shell of his former self, lost and battling addictions. Sixteen years ago, however, he was the beacon of the French 75, a handful of American revolutionaries united by libertarian ideals. When an old rival, nationalist Colonel Steven J. Lockjaw, kidnaps his only daughter, he is forced to take up the rifle again and rally his old comrades-in-arms. Backed by the enterprising Perfidia, he will do anything to reunite with his child.
Admission € 4.00, free for children up to 6 years old, subject to availability; unnumbered seats.
Entrance to the garden starting at 8:30 p.m.
In case of bad weather, screenings will be canceled.
