At the Cinema Corallo, the appointment with the Wednesday Review returns, a series of screenings curated in collaboration with Euganea Movie Movement that guides the audience through intense stories, auteur gazes, and reflections on the present.
The schedule opens on October 21, celebrating the thirtieth anniversary of a generational cult like Trainspotting by Danny Boyle, and continues on October 28 with the political and human investigation of the documentary The Bibi Files by Alexis Bloom.
In November, the journey is enriched with the psychological and ethical drama Serpents by Roberto De Paolis, followed by the inner quest of Santiago - A Path to Begin Anew directed by Gabriel Mascaro, the ambitious ecological and geopolitical vision of Digger by Alejandro González Iñárritu with Tom Cruise, and the powerful testimony in the original language of Filthy, scheduled for November 25 in celebration of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
The review concludes in December with two works of great emotional depth: the touching family story of growth and inclusion in The Children of the Monkey by Tommaso Landucci, programmed in conjunction with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, and the intimate noir mystery of The Stranger by Paolo Strippoli.
All screenings begin at 9:00 p.m., with a single ticket price of 5 euros. For more information, updates, and ticket purchases, you can visit the official website cinemacorallo.com or follow the cinema's social media channels.
