The event will be held at the Thermal Urban Park, which for this occasion will transform into a Zen Park.
The Festival continues to grow, offering an increasingly rich experience of encounters, practices, and discoveries. 110 wellness professionals from 13 nations! will unite their art and energy to give life to a unique event.
AbanoZen confirms itself as a magical crossroads of souls, cultures, and traditions, where the dialogue between East and West becomes even deeper and more harmonious: 80 events from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for 4 days!
The goal of these four days filled with free activities, open to everyone, is to offer an integrated and accessible vision of well-being, centered on the individual in their entirety, promoting practices aimed at balancing body, mind, and emotions.
Each participant is invited to follow their personal path, but also to share moments of authentic connection with others, in a collective journey towards greater awareness and well-being.
The 2026 edition brings with it important news: new disciplines, new international masters, and an even more structured program, designed for those who wish to explore, learn, and transform. Abano Zen 2026 is set to be an unforgettable edition.
